Privacy and data

What the Concierge records, what it does not, and why OG37 asks for no health data.

Concierge

For each Concierge query we record only: language, detected intent type, number of terms, answer confidence and number of sources used. The query text, the IP address and session identifiers are not stored. There are no tracking cookies.

The purpose of that log is to understand what travellers need and what information is missing from the site, not to profile anyone. Identity, conversation and analytics are kept separate by design.

OG37 and the Bioadaptive Table

  • No biometrics are collected.
  • No medical data is requested.
  • No sensitive information is stored.
  • It works with preferences, activity done, travel context and general goals.
  • Consent is explicit and prior.
  • It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace a health professional.

Partner portal

Update requests submitted by venues are stored with a contact name and contact channel so they can be verified. Those contact details are not published and are not transferred to third parties.
